Ines Mancini has completed his MD in Chemistry at the university of Bologna ( Italy) in 1983 and she is currently Associate Professor of Organic Chemistry at the university of Trento (Italy). Her research activity is on Natural Products Chemistry involving isolation, structural elucidation, total synthesis also by unconventional eco-friendly methods and studies of target interactions by docking calculation. He has published 120 papers in peer-review journals.

Pei-Yuan QIAN currently working as an Chair Professor at Division of Life Science at HKUST. He worked as a member of University Council (2011-2014), Member of University Court (2013 - ) Director, Environmental Science Programs, HKUST Chairman, Executive Committee for Environmental Science Programs, HKUST Associate Head, Division of Life Science (2011-2012)

Our laboratory major research interest concerns larval biology of marine invertebrates, with emphasis on interaction between settling larvae and chemical cues released from marine surfaces. Since all the marine surfaces are covered by biofilms made of macromolcules and microbes, we have been analyzing microbial community dynamics (using the most advanced molecular tools) and chemical profiles of biofilms in order to characterize the effective chemical cues for larval settlement induction/inhibition. After obtaining effective compounds, we have been examining the effects of the compounds on changes in gene expression, protein expression (proteomics and phosphoproteomics) and transcriptomics during the larva-juvenile transition process. Another aspect of our research has been focusing on microbial metagenomics of unique marine habitats, such as deep sea brine pools as well as symbionts in marine corals and sponges.

Prof. Shailendra Saraf is a leading scientist and well-known academician in the field of pharmaceutical sciences. He holds the position of Director, University Institute of Pharmacy and Dean, Faculty of Technology, Pt. Ravishankar Shukla University, Raipur. He is also the Chairman, Board of Studies of the University.

Izabela is a Senior Research Scientist at the Common wealth Scientific and Industrial Research Organization (CSIRO), Food and Nutritional Sciences Division, located in North Ryde (a suburb of Sydney), Australia.

Expertise in research on bioactive phytochemicals for use in pharmaceutical and food industries with a particular research expertise in: extraction, purification and identification of bioactive phytochemicals, development of in vitro assays for evaluation of potential physiological activities as well as development of in vitro technologies for accumulation of bioactives in plant cell cultures.

Dr.Santosh Bhujbal has completed his Ph.D degree from University of Pune in India. He is the Professor and Head Department of Pharmacognosy at Dr.D.Y.Patil Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences and Research, Pimpri, Pune (India). His extensive research experience is in the field of pharmacognosy including development, standardization & evaluation of novel herbal formulations. He has more than 16 publications in national and international journals and filed one Indian Patent and authored two books. He has been Elected Member, Board of Studies – Pharmacognosy, Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences, University of Pune. As a Recognized subject matter expert, he has been invited as Resource Person/ Speaker at national & state level conferences/seminars.

Dr. Milind J. Umekar, Principal and professor, SmtKishoritaiBhoyar college of Pharmacy, Kamptee completed his B.Pharm from Amravati University, M. Pharm and PhD( Pharm.Sci.) and MBA & PhD (Management) from RTM Nagpur University, Nagpur. Dr. Umekar has 20 years of teaching, research and administrative Experience. He has been a versatile guide and has guided 38 M. Pharm and 6 PhD students in various fields of pharmaceutical sciences. He has published more than 58 research articles in national and international journals. He is recipient of best research paper award at International conference of Ethnopharmacology, Petra, Jordan in 2015. He has been awarded with prestigious fellowship in Indian Pharmacological Society (FIPS). He has also authored various books on Biochemistry and Pharmaceutics. Under his able guidance institute has received various research grants worth Rupees 80 lakhs from SERB-DST and AICTE. Dr. MilindUmekar has been chairman and Member of LOC for reputed International Scientific Conferences like, 45th International Conference of Indian Pharmacological Society,2nd International Conference of Ethnopharmacology, 68th IPC, First and Second Pharma HR Summit .He has chaired many scientific sessions at conferences of IPC, APTI, ISP, IPS,PHRSI, INNOPHARM etc. He has been Convener and coordinator for many scientific workshops and seminars. Under his visionary leadership as a President, APTI,MS , he has made many reforms and has conducted several programs for the professional growth of Pharmacy teachers. Through his administrative skills and excellent directions his institute Smt. KishoritaiBhoyar college of Pharmacy has been ranked 34th at all India level by National Institute Ranking Framework, 2017, Ministry of HRD ,Govt of India. He has worked as Member, Board of Studies, RTM Nagpur University. He serves as an examiner for UG, PG and PhD courses at various universities. He is associated with 33 National and International Professional Bodies&Organisations. Currently he is Vice President, Association of Pharmaceutical Teachers of India, Vice President, Pharmacognosy Society of India, Secretary, Association of Unaided Private Pharmacy Colleges, and also Member, Indian Pharmaceutical Congress Association, worked as President of IPA (Nagpur Branch), State Coordinator of Society of Pharmacognosy. He is Founder Secretary of Pharma HR Society of India and National executive member of Indian pharmacology society. Dr. Umekar has been honored with Pharmacy Teacher of the Year Award, Maharashtra Pharmacist Association Award, Young Achiever Award, National Teacher Excellence Award, Best Teacher Award and Best Principal Award by various professional organizations.
